Paella

1 onion cut in rings, a couple of mushrooms cut in half, a carrot in slices, half a yellow and half a green bell papers cut in pieces fried in olive oil; a handful of green peas added at the end seasoned with two mashed garlic cloves and smoked red paprika powder

 200 gram baby corns added with its water, then 200 gram sliced chorizo

a pack of yellow rice for 4pp ready to be boiled with 1 lit. boiling water

yellow rice boils for 8 min.

then rinsed, and left in a pan with closed lid for 15 min. aside

some water of rinsed yellow rice is added to the pan as well as 200 gram prawn cocktails

added the rice after 15 min. to the sauce and warmed the meal up

tastes like Valencia!
