Wok with Cranberries

It's been a couple of weeks that I've converted to a vegetarian. One day three of us decided to stop eating meat and poultry. To be clear, fish, egg, and dairy products are not excluded.

Here is what I made for tonight

It's Japanese noodle with vegetable and vegan meat (simply a mixture of eggs and flour!). 

marinate vegan meat with pieces of ginger (one finger size), two garlic cloves, and sweet soy sauce for 30 min.
use whatever you like! I used what you see in this picture: flat beans, mushrooms, broccoli, yellow bell pepper, carrot, bean sprout and leek
heat a table spoon of sesame oil, add Chinese 5 spices.Toss in vegetables and fry for 3-5 min. Add cranberries, vegan meat and its marinating sauce. Toss in noodles, dish and serve hot sprinkled with chopped coriander.
