Neat Balls

Mixed the left overs of previous meal (rice with meat-free ochra stew) with oatmeal, pine nuts and chopped oregano

fried chopped onion and mushrooms with trragon and added to the mix

Make a sauce of: 1tbs tahini, 3 tbs soy sauce, 1 tbs olive oil, 1tbs date syrup, 1 tbs lemon juice, 1 tbs water, 1tbs chilli sauce, chopped coriander and garlic and a bit of anise powder

mix and make neat balls

fry a garlic and a handful of basil leaves, add tomato juice and neat balls

serve as you wish
